When increasing your curb appeal, sometimes it’s the little finishing touches that really make the difference. Be sure to consider updating your old hardware; installing new house numbers, lighting fixtures and door handles can be a drastic improvement. Dress up your front door with a bright color or go the extra step by adding attractive windows and molding around the perimeter. For windows, you can add shutters and accent trim for a unique look. Consider updating/upgrading the railings on your front porch or accenting columns and foundations with stone veneer. Finally, don’t forget about the first thing visitors see when they pull into your driveway; your mailbox should be a greeting and provide a sample of what’s to come.
